A webtoon-style promotional video produced with Busan Technopark. Through the comic-strip journey of Emily, a returnee from studying in the U.S., her Busan-native friend Minji, and a seagull guide character, the video walks viewers through blockchain fundamentals and the achievements of Busan's Blockchain Regulation-Free Zone. Difficult concepts like decentralization are visualized as illustrated diagrams, while real pilot projects — real estate, medical MyData, and simplified insurance claims — unfold naturally through character dialogue, turning dry tech-policy content into something as bingeable as a webtoon.
