SK스페셜티 사내 구성원이 직접 연재하며 큰 호응을 얻었던 에피소드 '행복을 찾아서' 시리즈를 모션 웹툰 영상으로 재탄생시킨 사내 커뮤니케이션 프로젝트입니다. 임직원들의 실제 이야기에서 출발한 진정성 있는 스토리를 더욱 생동감 있게 전달하기 위해, 정적인 웹툰 이미지에 감각적인 모션 그래픽과 다이내믹한 사운드 연출을 더했습니다. 사내 구성원들의 깊은 공감대를 이끌어내는 것은 물론, 자칫 딱딱할 수 있는 기업의 이야기를 부드럽고 친근한 형태의 콘텐츠로 풀어내며 내부 결속력과 긍정적인 기업 문화를 강화하는 데 기여했습니다.

An internal communication project that reimagined the highly popular episode series 'In Pursuit of Happiness,' originally serialized by an SK Specialty employee, into a motion webtoon video. To more vividly convey this authentic story rooted in the actual experiences of the staff, we enhanced the static webtoon images with stylish motion graphics and dynamic sound design. This approach not only resonated deeply with the internal employees but also successfully translated potentially rigid corporate narratives into friendly and approachable content, thereby contributing to strengthening internal solidarity and fostering a positive corporate culture.
